One of the harder parts of the fitness journey for most people is discovering what to eat and when. That's why Markwell Fitness offers supportive dietary consultations, either face-to-face or online.
Good nutrition is vital for our health, but with so many conflicting stories in the media it can be hard to know where to start. That's why we focus on our clients' education and understanding of what it means to have a varied and balanced diet.
Regular consultations will include diet analysis, setting and reviewing target weight goals, and aid with maintenance once the goal has been met. We also offer the emotional support that many traditional diets fail without.
Emma holds a Diploma in Clinical Weight Loss and has personal experience of weight management from competing in weight categories competitions.
